I am currently the associate director of athletic communications at Lebanon Valley College. I began working with the college in April 2023, continuing my coverage of athletics. In this role, I am writing articles, public address announcing and official scoring, among other responsibilities. 

 

I am a graduate of the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, completing my degree in sports media in December 2022. I have also covered summer collegiate baseball and college athletics with print and online media, as well as on television and radio. 

 

I was born in Utica, N.Y., and graduated from New Hartford Senior High School in 2019. During my senior year, I served as vice president of the school’s communications club, New Hartford Central Radio. In the summers before and after my freshman year of college, I worked as a media relations intern for the Utica Blue Sox of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. 

 

As a student at Ithaca College, I was actively involved with the college’s student media organizations. I worked as the sports editor for the college’s newspaper, The Ithacan. I also served as a camera operator and assistant producer for four semesters at Ithaca College Television. Additionally, I was a co-host of “On the Mound,” a baseball talk show that aired on VIC Radio from February 2020 to December 2022. 

 

In the summers after my sophomore and junior years of college, I was the web reporter for the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL). During this internship, I covered 82 games and wrote 118 articles for the club. I also wrote a piece about the top performers in the CCBL, which was featured in an edition of The Boston Globe's "Sunday Baseball Notes."

 

Through my experiences as a writer and editor, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of AP Style. I am also proficient in using WordPress and Adobe Premiere.
